- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of delays due to high demand or stock issues, customers will be notified via email or phone.

We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery across India.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Locations: 6–10 business days
Please note: Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unavoidable circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may vary based on order weight, delivery location, and ongoing offers.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
- We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders or during promotional periods.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

- Courier partner name
- Tracking ID
You can use this information to track your order in real time.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact details provided are accurate.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Recipient unavailability

Currently, international shipping is available only for bulk or export orders.
For overseas shipments:

7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect products:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order details, photos, and unboxing proof
- We will inspect and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
We do not accept claims after 48 hours.
