At Makhana Bite, we are committed to providing you with fresh, hygienic, and high-quality flavored makhana snacks. If you face any issue with your order, we are here to help. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or broken product
- The product is expired, spoiled, or not fit for consumption
- You received the wrong product or flavor
- One or more items from your order are missing
- The product packaging is tampered when delivered
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unopened and unused
- You must provide photos/videos of the product, packaging, and invoice
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Opened, tasted, or partially consumed items
- Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Personal preference, change of mind, or flavor dislike
- Products reported after the 48-hour window
2. Refund Request Process
If you are eligible:
- Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours
- Share your Order ID and complete issue details
- Attach clear images/videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will verify the claim within 1–2 business days
After approval, your refund will be processed promptly.
3. Refund Mode & Timeline
Approved refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
- Online payments: 5–7 business days
- UPI/bank refunds: 3–5 business days
- Wallet refunds (if applicable): 48 hours
Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment gateway.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under these conditions:
- Product opened or consumed
- Incorrect order placement by customer
- Dissatisfaction with taste or flavor
- “Change of mind” after order placement
- Incomplete or misleading information in refund claims
5. Replacement Option
In many cases, we prefer providing a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacements are offered when:
- A product is damaged
- A wrong variant is delivered
- Quality issues are reported immediately
Replacement shipping is free for valid claims.
6. Cancellation Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If cancelled before dispatch, your payment will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
